Clerical Sales Support helps Sales and Data Coordination to complete and maintain customers' electronic and paper files.
Gathering and submitting paperwork for new and reactivated customers Mailing required paperwork to new, reactivated, and current customers Entering and receiving billing forms Scanning customer documents into MedForce Filing original customer documents Following up with customers regarding required documents Matching customers to the correct billing account Working the CDR mismatched and rejected queue Self-starter, organized, multi-tasking, prioritizing, team player, with effective communication skills Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Positive and cooperative attitude in working and communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent phone skills Experience with Pharmware and AS400 preferred Data-entry skills a must Job Type:
