Power Assembler

We are looking for mechanically proficient individuals for full-time positions in our Power Assembly department:
building and assembling a vast array of our products including live belt, roller, and chain conveyor and components.

Job Description:
- assemble various conveyor components with use of basic hand tools, air tools, and specialty tools.
- follow verbal instructions and assembly drawings in order to assemble power transmission and conveyor componentsRequirements:
- must be able to effectively communicate and follow detailed instructions- knowledge of basic fraction and decimal conversions.
- must be very proficient with use of tape and ruler measurements down to 1/32.
- strong mechanical aptitude.
- ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 80lbs.
- continual use of safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and other personal protective equipment (PPE) where requiredPreferred:
- minimum one year education or equivalent work experience with power transmission component and/or machinery assembly, such as industrial motors, gear reducers, bearings, timing belt, chain/sprockets, belt tracking, and pneumatic components & devices.
- conveyor maintenance or experience in similar industry is a plus.
Normal workweek is Monday-Friday 6am-2:
30pm.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
