We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and talented sales person to help oversee our rebrand and grow our referral sources.
The ideal candidate will have strong local ties within the Magnolia market and the surrounding areas.

Willing to travel throughout the region Expand our brand in the local community.
Doing bedside sales with referrals, meeting with discharge planners, and working admissions effectively from start to finish.
Setting appointments to meet with Physician Groups, Home Health, Hospices, and Hospitals.
Pushing census growth.
Assist with social media, help with customer service, PR, and community involvement.
Submit accurate and timely reports.
Most importantly convert referrals into admissions.
Qualifications for Director of Admissions and Marketing:
Must have previous marketing or sales experience.
Good communication skills and work hand in hand with the Vice President of Business Development and the Regional Director of Business Development.
Self starter and able to thrive in a fast pace work environment.
Must have connections with local hospitals and the community.
Will be required to use Outlook, Excel, Word, Facebook, CRM Module, and PCC.
Nursing background preferred, but not required.
