The Make Ready Tech will be responsible for all painting, sheetrock, light carpentry, lawn work, and light plumbing around our multi-family property.
Must have 5 years experience in Make Readies.
Responsibilities:
Properly use different Make Ready tools and equipment.
Be able to complete Make Readies on our multi-family property.
Approve and check the accuracy of the material and installation specifications.
Manage and communicate to team members for efficient installation and repair activities.
Manage project costs and schedules to meet clients' expectations.
