Responsibilities:
Assemble products and components.
Handle materials and perform warehouse tasks.
Paint and repair products.
Conduct quality checks and prepare products for shipment.
Maintain clean work areas.
Understand work orders and specifications.
Complete production reports and determine work assignments.
Maintain and operate production equipment and machinery.
Support wiring assembly production and operate heavy machinery, including forklifts.
Skills and Abilities:
Effective communication with team members and management.
Ability to follow instructions and read work orders/blueprints.
Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability.
Physical capability to handle weights up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Technical skills including quality control analysis, equipment operation, and maintenance.
Proficiency in computer applications, including databases, graphics, and word processing.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
This role involves standing, walking, and using hands extensively.
Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic chemicals, and mechanical parts.
Education and
Experience:
High School Diploma or G.
E.
D.
3 years of relevant experience.
Requirements:
Knowledge of production and processing.
Fluent in English.
Mechanical aptitude.
Familiarity with education and training techniques.
Preferred:
Experience in customer and personal service.
Tools and Software:
Proficient with hand, electrical, and pneumatic tools.
Knowledgeable in spreadsheet, word processing, database, and office suite software.
