Job Description Train, lead and work directly with inventory associates to direct daily workflow as needed or instructed by supervisor Responsible for reconciling warehouse management systems (WMS) and SAP reports Processing of scrap reports In charge of maintaining inventory (01/PD) both physical and virtual area Monitor, schedule and assign daily planned counts in work queue Handle outside cycle count requests as well as handle outside block requests Review all previous day's cycle counts & audits Perform planned / unplanned cycle counts and audits Carry out detailed discrepancy analysis and make root cause determinations Update inventory by process the necessary system (RP/SAP) movements and adjustments.
Gather documentation and write up IT's Data entry onto excel spreadsheets May operator a man-up to perform cycle counts As well as perform other job duties as required Qualifications High School Diploma and or GED Man-up/Cherry Picker & Forklift Experience Must be able to accomplish daily tasks in a timely and accurate manner with minimal direction Prior team lead experience Proficiency in MS Office is expected along with SAP and DLX or similar Warehouse Management System experience.
