RichSmith Management is seeking a dynamic, full-time Leasing Consultant with prior experience preferred to join our team.
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll work closely with our Community Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our property.
You'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, residents, vendors, and guests, providing them with exceptional service and creating a positive impression of our community.
Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective residents, give property tours, and handle lease negotiations and renewals.
Ensure all rental units are leased and strive for maximum occupancy and high renewal rates.
Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and residents.
Qualifications:
Prior leasing experience preferred.
Availability to work most weekends.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic office tasks and MS Office software.
Willingness to work overtime if required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk the property, including stairs, for inspections and apartment showings.
Perform physical tasks such as delivering communications and showing apartments.
