Randstad is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to work in the West Memphis area. This individual will be responsible for collaborating with a variety of company functional leadership personnel to budget, forecast and analyze financial results. Will primarily assist with learning commission structure/process, assist with problem resolution and issue identification. Must be analytical (thinker), detail oriented, possess advanced level software skills (Excel), and have the ability to take ownership of project.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS in Accounting OR Finance
- 3-5 years years of financial planning and analysis experience, including forecasting
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, planning and actuals management process
