Accounts Receivable and Payable Clerks

We are currently seeking Accounts Receivable and Payable Clerks for a variety of our clients. Duties include, but not limited to, ensuring cash receipts, claims or unpaid invoices are accounted for properly, reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness and processing for payment and verifying and posting transactions to journals, ledgers and other records. We need experienced, fast paced and motivated individuals who will work well within a team environment or independently and can meet many deadlines.
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

--2 plus years of consistent Accounts Receivable and/or Payable experience
--Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills, especially in MS Excel
--Professional attitude and business mature
Additional requirements include background check, 10 panel drug testing and personality assessments, phone screening interview, formal interview with consultant and dual interviews with company.
