Now Hiring Lawn and Maintenance Contractors - Property Preservation

Now hiring lawn and maintenance contractors for the upcoming grass season starting in April 2015.

We are a national property preservation company specializing in preservation maintenance and grass cuts. We are currently seeking independent lawn and maintenance contractors to join our Preferred Vendors Program.

Experience in property preservation is required.

We work with our contractors on a daily basis. We require our contractors to be professional, available, and reliable. Our contractors check in with us on a daily basis, we work together on lawn lists/routing/bid work/ address any issues, provide solutions, and work with each contractor individually to ensure that we are both successful and productive. The most successful contractors are ones who consistently get in volume on a weekly basis, turn their pictures in on a daily basis, and look for opportunities for additional income (bids, up-charges, maintenance work, etc).

Regions are assigned per county. Some rural and metropolitan areas may be split up to account for coverage.

Maintenance Work
Vendors must have experience in performing:
Trash Outs
Maid Service
Winterizations
Lawn Care
Minor Repairs
Mold Abatement
Emergency Services
Picture uploading
Experience with PCR Forms, Bids, Itemized CYD Load Sheets for Trashouts
Uploading Pics, Notes, and Orders to Our Office on a Nightly Basis

Grass Cuts
Initial Grass Cuts
Grass Re-Cuts
Shrub Trimming
Leaf Removal
Weed Spraying
Edging
Fence Repair

Vendor Requirements


Vendor must be insured, have a valid Driver's License and must pass a background check.

Vendor must be reliable, available, and professional with a good work ethic and willing to work with our office on a daily basis with constant communication.

Must have a truck, trailer, lawn equipment, maintenance equipment, tools.

Must have gas powered lawn mower, gas powered weed eater, gas powered blower, and yard maintenance tools.

Smart Phone.

Must have a computer with working Internet and knowledge of computer use. All work orders are sent over via spreadsheets and order notes and you will be uploading your work to our office on a nightly basis. Each order will require pictures of before, during, and after all work performed and must be uploaded every night so we can invoice your work.

Contractors need to be able to perform work consistently and maintain on-time percentages. 95% On-time percentages are very important. This business is performance-driven. Contractors that consistently get in volume on a daily basis and maintain their on-time percentages are the ones who expand and have the opportunity to double or triple their business.

Must have enough operating capital to sustain your crew for 30 days before the 1st payment. 1st payment is 30 days from when the order is processed. We pay out twice per month - every other Friday.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
